Job descriptionOperate POS system and handle payments (cash, card, e-wallet) accurately. Ensure honesty and responsibility in all cash transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and equipment. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Assist in cleaning tasks as per the schedule. Help with opening and closing duties, including setup and restocking. Cooperate with team members and support kitchen operations when needed. SPM or equivalent; additional customer service or food handling training is a plus. Must be able to speak and understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia. Basic food handling certification is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Basic math skills for handling payments and orders. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
