What you'll be doing

• Explore business opportunities to aid market expansion and to ensure business growth.
• Leading of cross function team on project smooth launching.
• Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
• Establishing specific requirements for contingency actions, when relevant.
• Plan and execute the business plans.
• Keep abreast of feedback information on products and work, and effectively organize after-sales service to solve various related problems to satisfy customers.
• Control and gradually compress sales expenses, save expenses and reduce sales costs.
• Liaise with internal team members to manage resource to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer satisfaction level, report customer feedback, QA and QMS matters to Top Management and initiate improvement actions or escalation if necessary.
• Responsible for monthly and annual report summary and analysis.
• Perform other duties and responsibility as assigned by superior from time to time.
