Job descriptionIjazah / Diploma dalam Kewangan, Perakaunan atau bidang berkaitan. Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang perakaunan atau kewangan, keutamaan kepada yang pernah bekerja dalam industri pembinaan / projek. Mahir dalam Microsoft Excel dan perisian akaun (contohnya SQL Accounting, AutoCount, QuickBooks atau setara). Cekap, teliti dan mempunyai tahap integriti yang tinggi. Boleh bekerja secara berdikari dan juga sebagai sebahagian daripada pasukan. Pengalaman menyediakan laporan pengurusan dan penyata kewangan untuk pelbagai projek. Pengetahuan asas dalam sistem pengurusan projek atau ERP. Gaji kompetitif mengikut pengalaman. Peluang kenaikan pangkat dalam organisasi yang sedang berkembang. Persekitaran kerja profesional dan kolaboratif. Kami menyediakan perkhidmatan profesional meliputi konsultansi, kejuruteraan, kerja-kerja sivil, teknologi digital, dan pengurusan projek.
Tanggungjawab Utama
- Mengurus dan menyelaras keseluruhan operasi kewangan syarikat di peringkat projek dan HQ.
- Menyediakan laporan kewangan bulanan, penyata pendapatan, dan aliran tunai.
- Memantau akaun belum terima (AR) dan akaun belum bayar (AP) termasuk urusan invois, tuntutan dan pembayaran pembekal.
- Menyediakan dokumen sokongan untuk audit, cukai, dan pematuhan undang-undang.
- Menyelia rekod perakaunan menggunakan sistem digital / perisian kewangan syarikat.
- Membantu dalam penyediaan bajet tahunan, analisis kos projek, dan laporan prestasi kewangan.
- Menyokong pasukan pengurusan dalam perancangan kewangan dan kawalan dalaman.
