Executive, Merchandise (E-commerce)

Responsibilities

Manage e-commerce flagship stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Create and curate social media content to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.

Design and produce visually appealing, on‑brand content for Keepsake’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok), including posts, stories, and reels.

Track key social media metrics (e.g., follower count, engagement rates, reach) to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.

Assist in uploading products to various marketplaces and monitor performance through Shopify.

Monitor internal and external inventory to ensure efficient stock levels for online platforms and the physical store at Keepsake.

Work closely with the Customer Relations (CR) team to ensure timely fulfillment of movie promo codes and movie passes in accordance with SLA.

Handle customer inquiries across marketplaces to ensure timely fulfillment of movie promo codes (movie pass) and experiences.

Key in Online Sales into POS system for all Keepsake Online.

Monthly closing report, transfer online sales to KHQ POS.

Preparation of Campaign Memo if any.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in e-commerce, social media management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Familiar with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Meticulous with strong verbal and written communication skills.
