Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions across online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, company website).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information, stock availability, and visual assets are accurate and up to date.
- Plan and execute online campaigns, flash sales, and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor daily sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track campaign effectiveness.
- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and after-sales feedback to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop digital marketing materials and social media integration.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to optimize eCommerce performance.
- Support logistics coordination, order fulfillment, and return management to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
1–2 years of working experience in eCommerce or digital marketing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Familiar with online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO / SEM) is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for sales performance tracking.
