Main responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted cold calling, strategic networking, and leveraging referrals.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client relationship management, and candidate sourcing, to ensure successful placements and long-term client satisfaction.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified, high-potential candidates.
Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and organizational culture; tailor tender responses and recruitment strategies to meet client‑specific needs.
Strengthen and nurture long‑term partnerships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and consistent engagement.
Handle recruitment for mid‑to‑senior‑level roles across various industries.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment.
Requirements
Preferably a Bachelor's degree in a related field of studies.
Good initiative, result‑oriented, sales‑driven, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work hard and be flexible, going extra miles to achieve set goal.
Experience in recruiting / sourcing background, preferably recruitment agency will be an added advantage.
Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia.
