Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process up to onboarding . This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and sit in for interview sessions, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, as well as new staff orientation.
• To check, process, and administer staff claims in accordance with company procedures and policies.
• Provide comprehensive personal assistant, administrative, and secretarial support to the Director.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks if required.
