Planner

The position requires the incumbent to involve in activities from receiving customer orders until outgoing shipment which requires skill in demand, material and production planning.

Responsibilities and day-to-day tasks :

• Adhere to planning procedures and performance metric assigned by supervisor.
• Monitor daily and weekly production order for product & monitoring units are built & shipped timely.
• Monitor daily and weekly shipment by product family.
• Ensure production & relevant parties are updated on weekly basis before on the following week's build plan.
• Monitor daily and weekly inventory shortage and demand and help to submit inventory adjustment form raised by planner to ensure the WIP accuracy.  Support in all Physical Stock take (PI) activity, in audit and data entry.
• To liaise with customer on shipment arrangements, Direct Order Fulfillment and customer Purchase Order. Communicate through emails and participate in conference call with customer
• Responsible toward shipment to customer and ensure 100% On Time Delivery (OTD).
• Generate and monitor Work Order (WO) released for Production.
• Check Clean to Build (CTB) status prior releasing WO to ensure materials availability.
• Work with Purchasing team on materials to ensure having sufficient quantity to support customer orders.
• Responsible toward weekly Production Build Plan.
• Work closely with production team to ensure units completed build on time as per plan.
• Coordinate with Store & Traffic team for shipment arrangements.
• Communicate and update customer on build or shipment progress.
• Work closely with Program Managers and other support teams.
