Production Planner

Job Description

Coordinate, schedule, and oversee operation activities, ensuring the work program is regularly updated to reflect current progress

Update work progress schedules and compare them with the Master Schedule as needed, particularly for report submissions to the Client as requested by the Project Team.

Develop method statements and collaborate with the project team and consultants to ensure proper planning and sequencing that align with project objectives

Analyse project timelines, identify delays or critical path activities, propose mitigation measures, and resolve inconsistencies with specifications

Create and maintain a feasible production plan and closely work with operation team to achieve successful execution of the plan.

Develop revenue forecast and closely monitor the actual performance and drive for immediate corrective action and recovery plan in case there is potential miss to the revenue target.

Monitor project progress and prepare comprehensive monthly reports in line with the schedule

Ensure optimal resource allocation and that all work is executed according to the approved project timeline

Coordinate planning-related tasks for tender submissions across departments.

Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including the Work Programme, outline Method Statement, manpower and machinery output timeline.

Support the maintenance of quality documentation on-site in accordance with specified requirements and standards

Assist in supervising and inspecting site operations and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Superior

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical) and or equivalent.

At least 3 year of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.

Required skill(s) : Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking, positive attitude / behavior.

Required language(s) : English and Mandarin (added advantage)
