What you'll be doing
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, providing training, support and guidance as needed
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies to maintain high standards of customer service
- Monitor and control restaurant finances, including inventory management, cash handling and cost control
- Identify and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in strategic planning and decision making
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and food hygiene regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar assistant manager role within the F&B or hospitality industryStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skillsProficient in financial management, including budgeting, inventory control and cost analysisThorough understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industryAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidaysJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
