Key Responsibilities :
- Provide visionary leadership to the academic faculty and staff.
- Develop and implement academic strategies and policies aligned with LSBF’s mission and goals.
- Ensure the delivery of high‑quality, innovative, and industry‑relevant academic programmes.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence, research, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee curriculum development, accreditation processes, and quality assurance.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top‑tier faculty and academic staff.
- Promote a student‑centred learning environment that enhances student engagement and success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and other stakeholders.
- Represent LSBF in academic and professional forums, enhancing the institution’s reputation and influence.
- Be well‑versed in MQA document submissions and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development of new programmes and strategic academic initiatives.
Requirements :
Must have a Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant field.Proven experience in an academic leadership role, preferably as Head of School, Dean, or equivalent.A strong track record of academic and professional achievements.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse academic teams effectively.Must have experience working with UK partner universities, including programme validation, franchising, or collaborative arrangements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in higher education.Experience with accreditation processes and quality assurance frameworks.A commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and globally engaged academic community.#J-18808-Ljbffr
