Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Business Administration, Financial or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
- Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM systems.
Responsibilities
Support the sales and advisory team in preparing proposals, documentation, and scheduling appointments.Handle client follow-ups, inquiries, and build positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.Coordinate internal meetings, sales reports, and assist in lead tracking.Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and client engagement activities.Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales paperwork and compliance documentation.Act as a liaison between clients and advisors to ensure smooth service delivery.Benefits
