Accounts Payable Specialist (Korean Speaker)

Job descriptionExecute and deliver customer service for all applicable markets in AP. Handle and resolve internal and external stakeholder requests related to procurement, invoice processing, and employee expense management. Identify and propose process improvements through daily problem resolution. Communicate effectively with internal business customers and collaborate with various company organizations to troubleshoot ERP‑related issues. Escalate unresolved issues in real time and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in reconciling system and vendor relationships and manage workload efficiently while maintaining a positive customer‑service culture. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Proficiency in English and Korean; required for supporting the relevant country. Experience with case / ticket management software (preferably BMC Remedy) and SAP desired. Experience working in organizations providing services across multiple markets or geographies.
