Airlines Representative

Work Location : Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or Penang International Airport (PEN). We welcome applicants from Kuala Lumpur or Penang. When submitting your application, please indicate your preferred location (KLIA or PEN).

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise and monitor overall processing at check-in counters and boarding gate departures; liaise with ground handling agents, immigration, customs, health and airport security as required.
• Ensure smooth handling and safety of aircraft arrivals and departures; monitor and report emergencies to the airline immediately.
• Handle passenger complaints; be IT savvy with knowledge of email etiquette and timely replies.
• Complete daily and monthly reports; Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge required for submissions to Head Office.
