Finance Assistant

About the role

We're looking for a dedicated Finance Assistant to join our growing team at KETECH ASIA SDN. BHD. based in Cyberjaya, Selangor.This is a full-time Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance and accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconcililation and general ledger updated in Accounting Software
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, receipts, purchase order, delivery order or any related financial documentations
• Process vendor invoices into the Accounting Software
• Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Address and resolve disrepancies in account payable / receivable records
• Reconcile & monitor petty cash
• Prepare the bankers cheque, bank guarantee, telegraphic transfer
• Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standard and legal requirements
• Deal with the bank (new bank registration or any upkeep bank maintenance)
• To perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required by HOD and Management
• Adhered to company's Quality System by complying to the established policies, procedures and work instruction, reporting any non-conformities and participate in any QMS activities
• Ensure work is performed accurately, documented properly and completed in accordance with customer, regulatory, and contractual requirements
