Staff Engineer Technology Development

Job Description In your new role, you will :

Bachelor / Master / PhD Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Physics / Material Science / Chemistry Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in FE-related Semiconductor industry 1-3 years in FE-technology development

Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have : Experience in the development of freewheeling diode technologies on 200mm wafers for industrial applications Experience working in a project team with members from European sites Ability to plan, design, perform, and evaluate process experiments (including DoEs)
