Job Description

• Set up, renew, and cancel subscriptions, and handle any related payments.
• Answer questions, solve subscriber issues, and handle complaints to keep customers happy.
• Make a phone call.
• Monitor subscription stats like growth and cancellations; create reports to help improve performance.
• Work with marketing and finance teams on campaigns, billing, and subscriber communications.
• Keep subscription systems updated and resolve any technical issues.
• Help create and track promotional offers, newsletters, and updates for subscribers.
