Job descriptionBachelor Degree in Business Information System or its equivalent (i.e. Accounting, Business / Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business) Knowledge of any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or accounting system. Eg. Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, Infor, Epicor, SAP B1 etc
Job Descriptions
- Provide Enterprise Application support and manage user expectation in manufacturing & Sales environment.
- Provide first level & second level Enterprise Application (ERP, CRM, SCM etc.) support to end user.
- To manage issues or change request.
- Prepare project documentation including Business Analysis Report, Business Process Flow, Functional Specification and Change Management report.
- To provide system training for user.
- To participate in system evaluation and testing (SIT / UAT).
- Work closely with system user and deliver the project on schedule.
- To prepare periodic operation report to management.
- Develop and demonstrate a high level of ethics, care for user that can meet or exceed expectations.
