Principal Accountabilities

• Manage controlled documents using relevant tools (including eMOC / OpenText) in compliance with ISO 9001 and company process requirements.
• Control access to the document library for different user tiers.
• Support site contacts / stakeholders by reminding document owners & subject matter experts before document deadlines.
• Provide status updates on document change progress within Policies, Standards & Procedures (PSP) and Project Delivery Organization (PDO) BMS community.
• Adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) established at the start of each fiscal year.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by superiors as necessary.
