Attract and secure new clients by innovating and overseeing the entire sales process. Identify, research, and pursue opportunities in both new and existing markets. Prepare and deliver impactful pitches and presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to manage risks and foster a growth-driven environment. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers. Run outbound campaigns (calls, emails, events) to generate sales opportunities. Maintain accurate client activity records in CRM. Develop and present customized proposals and translate them into contracts. Ensure excellent client service with regular follow-ups. Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to project implementation. Conduct both virtual and in-person sales meetings. Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Qualification in any discipline. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese and English (spoken & written). Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel. Proven sales experience required. Job Benefits
