Executive of Department Accounts Payable (Full-Time) is a leadership role in the Accounts Payable Department at University Book Store Malaysia (UBSM Group). This role ensures smooth, accurate and timely payment processes for the company’s retail, wholesale and educational content distribution operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Accounts Payable Department and drive payment processes.
- Check and verify vendor payments.
- Monitor cash flow for payment and bank facilities.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
