Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners is essential to support the company's manpower needs and contribute to a harmonious and engaged workforce.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage the full spectrum of payroll processing for all companies within the group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare, analyse, and submit HR reports accurately and on time to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure statutory reports and payments are prepared accurately and submitted promptly, maintaining compliance with government regulations.
• Stay updated on government policy changes and adjust HR practices accordingly.
• Oversee HR administration tasks, including HR system management, preparation of letters, and maintenance of staff files.
• Assist with company performance evaluation practices, ensuring effective implementation and consistency.
• Engage with outsourced agents for compensation and benefits surveys to benchmark salary packages and fringe benefits.
• Implement and monitor staff benefit programs to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with company policies.
