- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok Ads, and ideally Reddit Ads.
- Strong analytical skills : able to read campaign data, spot trends, and optimize ads for maximum ROI.
- Comfortable with ad tracking, performance reporting, and A / B testing.
- Experience with video shooting and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc).
- Skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with social media algorithms, trends, and Gen Z culture.
- Creative, witty, and confident in making bold, funny, or meme-based content.
- English and Mandarin proficiency.
- You have your own TikTok, meme page, or have experience creating viral content.
- You have managed ad budgets and can share stats on cost per lead, ROAS, CTR improvements, etc.
