We are looking for intern or temporary staff to join our dynamic Human Resource Department. This role offers hands-on experience in various Human Resource functions in the recruitment process, on-boarding, employee engagement and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening resumes through job portals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with pre-onboarding and on-boarding process for new joiner.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- To perform ad-hoc human resource work assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.Able to commence work in October 2025.Good written and spoken communication in English.Proficient in Microsoft Office is essential.Possess positive attitude, self-motivated, willing and eager to learn new things.Ability to multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Meticulous, good organizational skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
