Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• To attend to sales inquiries, including calls, emails, and walk-in customers by providing relevant information about the company's product.
• To achieve and maximize sales for all launches of the company’s projects and services based on planned sales strategies.
• To advise on bank loan or end financing procedures.
• To liaise with the Purchaser on the execution of the SPA and other relevant documents.
• To assist other sales staff as and when required.
• Contribute to the marketing and planning of the company’s launches by actively participating in group discussions and providing constructive and creative ideas and continual feedback on current strategies.
• Organize and participate in weekend duties at the Sales Gallery as well as on project locations, property launches, or exhibitions.
• Conduct market surveys on competitors and improve market intelligence.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by management.
