Sales Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanAt least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Able to speak English and Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Possess own transport and willingness to work on weekends. Annual Leave Medical Leave EPF / SOCSO Basic Salary + High Commission
Job Responsibilities
- To attend to sales inquiries, including calls, emails, and walk-in customers by providing relevant information about the company's product.
- To achieve and maximize sales for all launches of the company’s projects and services based on planned sales strategies.
- To advise on bank loan or end financing procedures.
- To liaise with the Purchaser on the execution of the SPA and other relevant documents.
- To assist other sales staff as and when required.
- Contribute to the marketing and planning of the company’s launches by actively participating in group discussions and providing constructive and creative ideas and continual feedback on current strategies.
- Organize and participate in weekend duties at the Sales Gallery as well as on project locations, property launches, or exhibitions.
- Conduct market surveys on competitors and improve market intelligence.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by management.
