Job descriptionTo execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy / promotion plans and seek new opportunity to expand UM touch point & pyramid Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid) Ensuring proper knowledge and training on : Product : Full range of products How to Sell : Accurate and correct information given Incentives / Pyramid : Proper guidance in building loyalty POSM : Latest & up to date POSM Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence To build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information and guidance To always maintain good discipline and performance To perform trade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in any field. At least 1-2 years of working experience in sales channel management related environment. Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Must have own transportation. Sales driven with good track record.
