About the Role

Mykira Solutions Sdn Bhd, a leading accounting and consulting firm, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time member of our Financial Accounting & Reporting team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their accounting and reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Managing client management account to ensure accounting timelines are met;
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual management account, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards;
• Preparing timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation, and other supporting schedules in accordance with the Company’s accounting policies;
• Resolving accounting queries and addressing issues that arise from client portfolios;
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of SST returns and other regulatory financial reports;
• Continuously identify process improvements and implement efficient accounting practices;
• Providing support in the analysis of financial data and the identification of trends and insights;
• Manage and handle corporate, partnership, and individual tax matters, including annual tax returns, tax estimates, and tax refund applications;
• Handle correspondences and liaise with clients, auditors, regulatory bodies and other relevant parties;
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
