Production Executive

Responsibilities

• To ensure all the product information from marketing department is received by the printing department
• To communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process by observing control points and equipment
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results : establishing priorities
• To ensure that the printing department is running smoothly with sufficient office stationary or printing chemical and dyestuff
• To record any new artwork development
• To conduct in daily and monthly physical stock count
• To be responsible in delivery activities
• To request the maintenance department to repair the malfunctions of machines
• To maintain proactively company files to ensure all product shots, text and logos are included and updated
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points
• To comply to the standard requirements of ISO9001
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Factory Manager / Management
• Assist Factory Manager to oversee operations
