Responsibilities

To ensure all the product information from marketing department is received by the printing department
To communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process by observing control points and equipment
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results : establishing priorities
To ensure that the printing department is running smoothly with sufficient office stationary or printing chemical and dyestuff
To record any new artwork development
To conduct in daily and monthly physical stock count
To be responsible in delivery activities
To request the maintenance department to repair the malfunctions of machines
To maintain proactively company files to ensure all product shots, text and logos are included and updated
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points
To comply to the standard requirements of ISO9001
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Factory Manager / Management
Assist Factory Manager to oversee operations

Competency requirements

Qualification / Experience

Minimum 3 years working experience in print production in the capacity of a print production coordinator / supervisor
