Overview
Provide monthly payroll data to payroll outsourcing company. Collaborate with Department Heads to obtain monthly / quarterly bonus information to be processed during the month. Prepare payroll monthly report for HoHR’s checking. Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently. Ensure all statutory payments are paid on time. Responsibilities
Collect, calculate, and enter data to maintain and update payroll information. Determine payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income tax, Social Security taxes, employer’s Social Security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments. Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures. Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed. Handle insurance registration for new employees and removal for leavers. Update all new joiner, transfers, and leaver information into the Workday system. Maintain absence / leave module in Workday. Act as the liaison with third parties for expatriate management (EP application, visa, dependent pass, etc.). Assist expatriates with queries regarding school and accommodation search; prepare them with local statutory registrations (income tax registration, bank account opening, PERKESO registration, and tax clearance process). Job Requirements
At least 3-4 years of experience in Payroll system Minimum Diploma holder in related field Able to work on a 10 months contract basis Must be independent, diligent and have great attention to detail Highly responsible and committed to completing work within given timeframe
