Ryt Bank is looking for a meticulous and solutions-focused Payroll & HR Operations, Senior Specialist to deliver seamless HR services and drive operational excellence. This role plays a key part in optimizing our Workday platform, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the employee experience through accurate data and responsive support.
You will be responsible for core HR operations including payroll , benefits administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes — all while upholding our values of innovation, integrity, and care .
HR Operations & Compliance
- Execute and continuously improve HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, Malaysian labour laws, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update HR policies and SOPs to support governance and business needs.
- Implement maker-checker controls to ensure process integrity and accountability.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Support monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions with accuracy and timeliness.Administer employee benefits and coordinate with third‑party providers for updates and invoicing.Employee Experience & Support
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, Workday usage, and employment‑related matters.Manage employee lifecycle events with consistency and empathy.Contribute to engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.HR Analytics & Reporting
Ensure high data quality in Workday and generate actionable HR reports and dashboards.Analyze workforce trends, attrition, and engagement metrics to support strategic decision‑making.Prepare monthly reports on headcount, master data, and attrition for leadership review.Project & Change Management
Lead HR‑related projects including system upgrades, process redesigns, and policy rollouts.Drive change management efforts to support smooth adoption of new tools and practices.Regulatory Reporting
Prepare and submit statutory reports in compliance with employment regulations.What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.4–5 years of experience in HR operations, with strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws.Hands‑on experience in payroll, policy development, and HR analytics.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Proactive, organized, and adaptable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.Why Join Us
