Raise, track, and close change requests using ServiceNow. Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all changes. Support the implementation of simple changes while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Communicate change status and updates to stakeholders. Skills & Requirements : Familiarity with ITIL / Change Management processes. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar change management tools. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Basic understanding of project management principles.
