At HRS Heat Exchangers , an international company dedicated to the engineering, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of heat transfer solutions, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team in the ASEAN region .
To provide technical and commercial support in the development and execution of the sales strategy in the assigned markets, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction through efficient and tailored technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in planning, developing, and implementing sales and marketing strategies based on the group’s objectives.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers, helping them understand the features, benefits, and applications of our products.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and advantages of our solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Provide technical assistance in the design and costing of systems and components, ensuring compliance with design standards and customer needs.
- Follow up on quotations and commercial negotiations to improve response times and increase conversion rates.
- Monitor and support technical sales activities, ensuring proper implementation of commercial strategies.
- Support Sales Managers in managing distributors and agents within ASEAN.
- Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and strategic meetings with clients.
- Take part in order management, from purchase order confirmation to execution.
- Maintain the CRM system updated with client data, periodic reports, and sales activities, tracking project lifecycles and progress.
- Support project engineering and provide assistance during commissioning when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar technical sales or engineering role, preferably within the industrial or heat transfer sector.Proven experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management within the ASEAN region.Ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment, collaboratively with international teams.Strategic mindset, goal-oriented, with strong negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.Availability to travel.Apply now and be part of our growth across the ASEAN region!
