We are looking for a Business Development Manager to work closely with the Head of Marketing in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
Job Summary
- Drive revenue growth by managing opportunities within existing accounts and building a strong new‑customer pipeline to achieve sales targets for MEGA BiO‑LiFE.
- Lead, coach, and performance‑manage the sales team—set individual targets, track KPIs, and review progress to keep everyone aligned with business objectives.
- Co‑develop strategic business plans with the Head of Marketing and translate them into clear, time‑bound actions for the team.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), uncovering needs and delivering tailored, value‑based solutions.
- Orchestrate cross‑functional execution (sales, marketing, design, regulatory, supply chain, etc.) to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
- Analyze market share, sell‑in, and (when available) sell‑out data to surface insights, present monthly findings, and recommend decisive actions.
- Own the sales and marketing budget; monitor and control A&P spend to maximize ROI within allocations.
- Lead monthly inventory sales forecasting and proactively update the commercial team on stock movement and changes in demand.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close profitable agreements while safeguarding margins.
- Conduct structured business reviews with key customers to diagnose challenges, propose solutions, and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare product advertising compliance in all promotional activities.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; marketing or science background preferred.5–6 years’ sales or marketing experience in healthcare, health supplements, pharmaceuticals, or related fields.Experience spanning both sales and marketing is preferred.2–3 years’ managerial experience leading teams and delivering growth.Skills & Knowledge
