Strategic Aims

The role will provide leadership to the full spectrum of outsourced HR services delivered to clients, including onboarding, payroll, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, compliance, employment-related statutory, legal and advisory support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure successful delivery of services : Payroll Administration, Employee and Contractor Onboarding / Offboarding, Contracts, Legal & Compliance, HR Advisory, etc.
• Represent the company in client presentations, solutioning, and negotiations.
• Development and continuous improvement of outsourcing services.
• Oversee business development by customising service proposals, pricing models, delivery models and participating in RFP responses.
• Manage the team to ensure successful service delivery for a portfolio of clients, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations are consistently met.
• Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality execution of all HR operations.
• Contribute to our very positive work culture (including cultivating this mindset to the team).
