Job descriptionStrong communication and coordination skills with a high sense of responsibility. Meticulous, adaptable, and able to manage personal and family‑related matters efficiently. Previous experience as a personal assistant or in administrative support is an advantage. Teaching background in English, Mathematics, or Science will be considered a plus. Professionalism, integrity, and strict confidentiality are essential. Monthly salary : RM 5,000 – RM 7,500 (depending on experience and capability). Accommodation and transportation provided. We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Personal Lifestyle Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President and family members. This role requires excellent execution and communication skills, along with a strong sense of responsibility and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily schedules and activities for the President and family members.
- Manage personal and household matters, including shopping, vendor communication, and service coordination.
- Assist in planning and executing family gatherings, birthday celebrations, and private events.
- Provide support with basic business-related documents and ad‑hoc assignments as required by the President.
