Job Description
- Achieve national sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities within untapped or emerging industrial segments.
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
- Collaborate across functions including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to support growth objectives.
- Identify emerging trends and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate actionable insights for improvement.
The Successful Applicant
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years\' experience in B2B or private label account management, ideally in food manufacturing.Strong commercial mindset with entrepreneurial drive.Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.Confident communicator with solid analytical ability.Familiarity with market analysis tools and CRM software.Key Highlights
