What You'll Do :

Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on overdue payments

Maintain accurate records of all collections activities

Build strong relationships with clients to facilitate payment processes

Prepare regular reports on account status and collections performance

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues effectively

Assist in developing effective collection strategies and policies

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (fresh graduates welcome!)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
