Senior Finance Manager

The FM / SFM will oversee and manage all financial aspects of property development projects from land acquisition through to project completion. This role demands extensive experience in property finance, project cost management, budgeting, financial analysis, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be involved in strategic financial planning, risk management, and providing financial insights to support decision-making processes across all project phases, ensuring financial integrity, profitability, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and feasibility studies for land acquisition.
• Collaborate with land procurement, legal, and development teams to evaluate the financial viability of potential land acquisitions.
• Prepare financial models and scenarios to assess risks, costs, and return on investment.
• Manage the budgeting process for initial project planning and land development.
• Facilitate the arranging of project funding through bank loans, bonds, equity fundraising, or other financial instruments.
• Liaise with financial institutions and investors to negotiate terms and conditions.
• Prepare comprehensive funding proposals, financial statements, and documentation.
• Monitor and manage cash flow requirements, ensuring adequate liquidity for project activities.
• Oversee the budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for each development project.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to track project costs, variations, and project milestones.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify cost overruns, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
