ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007. The mission of the Company is to bring the transcendent sports spirit into everyone’s life. ANTA Sports principally engages in R&D, design, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the achievement of sales targets of the local retail business.
- Review the performance of all store personnel and implement relevant course of action.
- Manage store profitability, review store layout and traffic, display effectiveness, product line contribution, etc.
- Responsible for development and compliance of store procedures and processes.
- Recommend business development programs directed at expanding sales area coverage, additional sales channels, sale events and promotional selling areas.
- Management of daily retail store operations.
- Accountable for retail stores inventory accuracy.
- Review retail store performance, analyse trends and propose promotional efforts to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for the formulation, recommendation, and implementation of sales forecasts, sales plans and strategies, and promotional and incentive programs related to the overall operation and management of the stores.
- Provide analyses on industry trends to aid in strategy formulation, provide sales reports for local and regional requirements.
- Undertake other duties and responsibility as may assign by the Management from time to time or as when necessary for the effective realizations of the job purpose.
- Notwithstanding the above functions, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management.
