Job descriptionEngage and Inspire : Connect with potential clients, understand their HR needs, and present our cloud solutions in a compelling and relatable way. Solution Selling : Tailor our HR Cloud System’s features to meet the unique challenges and goals of each client, demonstrating how our solutions can streamline their HR processes. Build Relationships : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all things HR tech. Drive Revenue : Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, proactive outreach, and effective negotiation. Collaborate : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement of our offerings. Stay Ahead : Keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to provide clients with the most up-to-date solutions. Experience : 2 to 5 years in sales, preferably in tech; HR experience is a plus. Tech-Savvy : Proficient with cloud technology and digital tools. People Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem Solver : Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Driven : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player. Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant fields is a bonus.
