Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Areas of Responsibility
Provide leadership for a group of regional SAP Human Resources functional consultants and contractors, including daily team administration, development, goal setting, work assignment, and performance reviews. Project manager to lead / manage and implement SAP projects, including timely delivery of all phases (estimating, scoping, build, transition to operation) and leading geographically dispersed teams to deliver on time and on budget. Engage with stakeholders, manage issues, and work with business users to define scope and gather requirements; provide SAP designs to meet business needs, project planning, test planning, contingency and cut-over planning, and post-implementation support. Deep skills in design and configuration of SAP HR modules (payroll, benefits, personnel admin, time management, organization management, ESS / MSS portal); analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions; strong integration knowledge with SAP Finance, Logistics, and Workday. Education / Qualification / Experience Degree holders or equivalent 3-5 years of team / people management Minimum 5 years managing SAP projects with 10 years of SAP HR experience Deep understanding of SAP ERP implementation methodology (e.g., ASAP) Prior SAP project leadership experience; strong organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple projects in parallel; focus on building relationships with business partners; comfortable managing large teams Willingness to travel (primarily Indonesia, China, Singapore) if required Business Knowledge / Special Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation creation / delivery and meeting facilitation; ability to drive consensus Good understanding of end-to-end HR business processes Ability to discuss business processes with Business Global (BG) users Additional Requirements Fluent in English (spoken and written) Knowledge of Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia / Indonesia is an advantage Seniority level
