Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for all technical infrastructure delivery activities for assigned projects, under the guidance
Track project / program status, manage and escalate risks, and ensure all deliverables meet the specified requirements outlined in Bills of Materials, procurement orders, and design documents.
Enforce compliance with security hardening, patch updates, and organizational security protocols throughout the system build process.
Manage project activities during live status, ensuring full infrastructure readiness (e.g., IP assignments, agent installations / configurations, firewall and port management, hardening, and patching).
Maintain accurate records for server IDs, obtaining necessary signoffs
Validate operational status of all agents, raising tickets and capturing console screenshots as evidence of successful deployment.
Access CyberArk to verify ID lodgment, compile evidence, and ensure all documentation is comprehensive and audit ready.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience of 3+ years in technical project management, specifically within IT infrastructure environments
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, security protocols, and system architectures
Experience with compliance processes, security hardening, patch management, and risk assessment in large-scale environments
Proficiency in project tracking tools, documentation, and reporting best practices
Familiarity with tools such as CyberArk, IDM systems, and enterprise ticketing solutions
