Process Engineer

About the role

As a Process Engineer at Jing Wei Hirain Automotive Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes. Based in Melaka, this is a full-time position that will see you contributing to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to optimise production workflows and enhance product quality
• Analysing production data and identifying areas for process optimisation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and test new manufacturing processes
• Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations and internal policies
• Providing technical guidance and training to production staff
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of all process-related activities
