Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates guidelines, including hate speech, spam, inappropriate language, or illegal activity.
- Communicate effectively in
both Indonesian and Chinese
with internal teams or users when necessary.
Report trends or escalating issues to supervisors or relevant departments in a timely manner.Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while handling a large volume of content.Requirements :
Proficiency in both Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of online content trends and cultural context in both Indonesia and Chinese-speaking markets.Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is preferred but not required.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and remain calm under pressure.Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends or holidays, if needed.Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with social media platforms, user-generated content, and online community guidelines.Experience working in a multicultural or remote team environment.
