Job Responsibilities

Handling ER and IR issues, work collaboratively on employee relations matters
Handling disciplinary cases and provide the best solutions and practices.
Handling of employee welfare.
Support all Labor compliance activities / audits to ensure the company Compliance and meet the RBA Audit requirements
Other task assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, in order toeffectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
