Supply Chain Executive - (FGV IFFCO TRADING SDN BHD)

Ensure all trade transactions are accurately entered into the system in a timely manner.

Coordinate shipment planning with the Marketing Office in Paris and monitor supply chain fulfilment, including contract execution, shipping documentation, and payment-related document presentation.

Manage and coordinate post-fixture matters with third parties, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

Handle insurance declarations and process FOG claims when applicable.

Coordinate payment processing and documentation with the Finance Team.

Ensure full compliance with company processes, procedures, and Quality System standards.

Maintain proper organization and filing of trade contracts and supporting documents.

Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s in Commerce / Business or an equivalent field from a recognized university, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.

Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal work experience in contract management , logistics / supply chain , or shipping documentation are welcome to apply.

Knowledge on SAP is an advantage.

Good interpersonal skills, positive thinking, reliable, enthusiastic and team player.

Possess knowledge of PORAM rules and regulations and Incoterms, FOSFA, UCP 600 and Collection URC 522 and ISBP is added advance.
