Job Description
- Participate in the development of marketing strategies and conduct market research on competitor products to understand industry trends.
- Design and execute marketing plans and campaigns for 4U2 products across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate with media representatives, influencers and retail partners (e.g., Guardian, TikTok) to maximize exposure.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and answer customer inquiries about product specifications and usage.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships, track sales data and compile performance reports to ensure targets are met.
- Support brand activations, promotions and events to increase product visibility.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Proven experience in sales and marketing; knowledge of modern marketing techniques.High-level communication, networking and project management skills.Passion for sales with an understanding of consumer trends in the beauty industry.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with cosmetics or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) markets is advantageous.Independent, proactive, and able to travel when required.Must possess own transportation.Benefits
