Job descriptionTo analyze Purchase Request from other department and determine appropriate method of purchase To assist in inquiry of quotation and assist in supplier / Vendor 's selection To liaise with local authority for local and importation purchase related matters. To coordinate and resolve problem with related department and suppliers. To liaise with Suppliers on pricing negotiation, delivery schedule, coordinate and negotiation on delivery matters. Tracking and follow up outstanding order with suppliers. Prepare and ensure Purchase Order received by suppliers. Maintain and update purchase record into system, and maintain documentation and filing work. To assist in ad-hoc task which assigned by Superior.
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Economics or a related field.
- Min 1 year of working experience in Manufacturing Purchasing or Procurement or Assistant in Purchasing department is added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On job training will be provided
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus as need to communication with oversea suppliers (Mandarin Speaking)
